Galen Institute's Turner: Release of 68,000 Illegals Is Itself Illegal

Grace-Marie Turner, president of the Galen Institute, says the recent freeing of 68,000 illegal immigrants by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement is itself illegal.

"You wonder, was that just incompetence [or] was there some deliberate decision made?" Turner told "The Steve Malzberg Show" on Newsmax TV.

"For the administration then to just release them is another violation of the public rule of law," she said Monday.
