The FBI's faulty handling of Hillary Clinton's email investigation must trigger major reforms in the agency, Marc Lotter, a national spokesperson for President Donald Trump, told Newsmax TV on Tuesday.
"If anything, and Director [Christopher] Wray has hinted at this, there are going to be new processes, new training," Lotter told hosts Miranda Khan, John Cardillo, and Gina Loudon, on Tuesday's "America Talks Live."

A report released last week by the Justice Department’s Inspector General, and now the subject of Senate Judiciary Committee hearings, found major fault with the FBI – including charges agents conspired against Trump, with one talking about an "insurance policy" to keep him from winning.
"The FBI has to know it cannot conduct investigations while also behind the scenes amongst themselves talking about partisan activities and insurance policies and their open animosity for the president of the United States," Lotter said.
"It's just not palatable; it's not how we conduct our Justice Department, our justice system, and I hope this is serious wake up call for the FBI."
