Walter Williams: Obama Acting Like 'Banana Republic Dictator'

President Barack Obama is behaving like a "banana republic dictator," says Walter E. Williams, a syndicated columnist and economist at George Mason University.

"He's ignoring the Constitution, he's just changing laws," Williams said Thursday on "The Steve Malzberg Show" on Newsmax TV.

"So he's acting just like a banana republic dictator and Congress and the American people ought to rein him in."
