Jay Barnes: Senate Ducks 'Fundamental' Debate on NSA Bill

A bill to rein in the National Security Agency failed to reach the Senate floor Tuesday for a formal debate and an up-or-down vote, allowing lawmakers to dodge the "fundamental question" of how much domestic government surveillance the country should abide, Missouri state legislator and political commentator Jay Barnes told "MidPoint" host Ed Berliner on Newsmax TV Wednesday.
