Alan Dershowitz: Racial Profiling Is Wrong

Harvard law professor Alan Dershowitz told "MidPoint" host Ed Berliner on Newsmax TV on Tuesday that while race can be "one among many factors" to consider in a criminal investigation, targeting somebody for his race alone is wrong, and that outgoing Attorney General Eric Holder is correct to consider banning "pure" profiling by federal law enforcement agencies based solely on a person's ethnicity or religion.
