Manhattan District Attorney Vance Files Supreme Court Brief in Trump Case

Manhattan District Attorney Cyrus Vance Jr. filed a brief with the Supreme Court arguing that President Donald Trump shouldn’t be immune from a New York state investigation into activities at his real estate company that occurred before his election.

Vance’s office issued a subpoena last year to Trump’s accounting firm, Mazars USA.
