Russia Captures Dvorichna in Ukraine's Kharkiv Region

Russian troops have taken control of the settlement of Dvorichna in Ukraine's eastern Kharkiv region, the state-run RIA Novosti news agency reported Tuesday, citing the Defense Ministry.
