Melania Delivers Her Own Memorial Day Message

First lady Melania Trump issued her Memorial Day message Monday on Instagram, calling it a day "to remember that freedom isn't free."

The first lady is currently recovering from minor kidney surgery, and has not been seen in public for two weeks.

Shortly before her hospitalization, Melania Trump unveiled her "Be Best" campaign in a speech in the White House Rose Garden, which aims to "teach children the importance of social and self-awareness, positive relationship skills, and responsible decision making."
