Fox News Channel host Megyn Kelly has signed with Creative Artists Agency,
Deadline Hollywood reports.
Kelly, already a rising star at Fox News Channel, received even more attention when she co-moderated FNC's Republican presidential debate in August. Especially noteworthy was her jousting with frontrunner Donald Trump over comments he has made about women.
When Trump made controversial comments about Kelly in a CNN interview afterward, Kelly didn't take the bait, though Fox News Chairman Roger Ailes stepped in.
Kelly also scored a big interview this summer with the parents and two sisters of Josh Duggar after the reality TV star was revealed to have had inappropriate contact with young girls when he was a teenager. Fox has signed her to do a series of
newsmaker specials.
Kelly has begun moving into other areas of media, Deadline reports, including a producing partnership with actor Kevin Spacey on a scripted series about the White House called "The Residence." It is based on a book by Kate Andersen Brower.
Kelly previously was represented by N.S. Bienstock.
