LIGNET: Egypt Cabinet Ploy Won't Slow Sisi Rise to Presidency

In a surprise move, the entire Egyptian cabinet resigned Monday, apparently in response to economic problems and growing unrest. Whatever the reason, the ascension of Field Marshal Abdel Fattah al-Sisi is assured, making the cabinet dismissal feel more like a public relations tactic meant to assign blame to others before upcoming elections.
