The late Sen. John McCain cast the deciding vote in the GOP's failure to repeal Obamacare as one of his last orders of business, and he might have helped turn Arizona's other Senate seat blue.
Arizona Democrat Kyrsten Sinema narrowly leads Rep. Martha McSally, R-Ariz., 47-44 percent, according to the CBS News Battleground Tracker, in the race for the seat cleared by Sen. Jeff Flake, R-Ariz. – another frequent GOP critic of President Donald Trump.
The sticking point for Arizona voters is healthcare, according to CBS News' report.
"Sinema does well with voters who say healthcare is a very important concern," CBS News wrote.
Sinema also received the support of 9 percent of Republicans, perhaps a small number but one significant in a state that has historically leaned Republican, according to the report.
