Presidential counselor Kellyanne Conway tore into Democrats for their response to a pair of deadly weekend mass shootings, saying she wanted to "name and shame" them for politicizing the tragedies and for their attacks on President Donald Trump.
"I'm hopping mad this morning because I see very little scant coverage of the fact that the Dayton shooter has been confirmed as having a Twitter feed that was supportive of Antifa, that was supportive of Elizabeth Warren, Bernie Sanders," Conway told Fox News' "Fox and Friends." "Nine, 10 years ago in high school he had a kill list for boys, a rape list for girls and there is scant attention being paid to this."
Instead, there is "nonstop punditry" from Democratic presidential hopefuls "mired at zero percent or the low single digits," she said, referring to Rep. Tim Ryan and former Rep. Beto O'Rourke.
O'Rourke, she said, is "out there screaming and cursing about President Trump. That doesn't heal a single soul or prevent another mass shooting."
Meanwhile, Sen. Elizabeth Warren was raising money for Senate candidate Doug Jones and Tina Smith through an email appeal and that is a "disgrace," said Conway.
"If nobody else is going to talk about it, I'm going to talk about it," said Conway. "They blamed him (Trump). And I want to name and shame them now because he did not respond in kind. They want to be president. He is the president."
Trump "did away" with weapon bump stocks after the Las Vegas shooting, said Conway, and he is "denouncing white supremacy and they are out there denouncing him. America, take a look at it and don't forget it."
She added that she was not "surprised at all" that former President Barack Obama weighed in.
"Nobody blames him for New Town, Connecticut, and he had his opportunity to go and try to heal the nation."
