Pope in Lesbos: Migrants Are People, Not Numbers

Migrants are not numbers but people with "faces, names and individual stories," Pope Francis said from the frontline Greek island of Lesbos on Saturday as he slammed the trafficking of migrants and weapons.

The pope paid homage to hundreds of people of all ages who fell prey to "unscrupulous thugs" and called for "resolute" efforts to clamp down on arms trafficking.
