“To those African-Americans and Latinos suffering in our country, I say simply: ‘Vote for Donald Trump. I am going to fix it.’”

That vow by then-candidate Donald Trump during the 2016 campaign may have sounded a bit far-fetched and over the top. But there’s growing evidence that, as far as ethnic minorities are concerned, the Trump economy has delivered.
