Biden Says Upcoming Budget to Include Some Higher Taxes

U.S. President Joe Biden said Tuesday that his upcoming March 9 budget proposal to Congress will include some higher taxes, including on billionaires.

Biden said he would not violate his pledge to not levy new fees on people making less than $400,000 a year.
