Brutal Islamic Terrorism on the Rise in the West

On September 25 in Oklahoma, a recent Muslim convert stabbed two female workers, beheading one of them. He had tried to convert fellow workers to Islam before being suspended for making statements about stoning women. State authorities have charged the murderer with workplace violence to be politically correct, and confusion reigns.
Obama and the Democrats disdain any Islamic connection in this and other such killings. Despite being feminist supporters, they chose not to dwell on this domestic example of Islam’s “War on Women.”
The killer of U.S. college student Brendan Tevlin, on June 26, admitted he did so as revenge for American fighting against Islam in the Middle East. The Obama administration ranks his murder as a random crime in yet another example of conflict confusion.
Bombings and killings by Muslims in America should give Congress pause, as it considers immigration reform. Naturalization requirements and vetting of U.S. visa and citizenship applicants are essential. The nation should not have to bear another Muslim bomber admitting that he lied while taking the U.S. citizenship oath.
Meanwhile, the news media accepts Obama’s ambiguous comments about the conflict with ISIS while taking little note of Islamic terrorists in Belgium, England, France, the Philippines, and Sweden. Western countries are being rocked by riots and murders instigated by Muslim immigrants and converts. U.S. journalists and Obama officials ignore such events here and abroad.
Rather than the Islamic State in Iraq and Syria (ISIS), the Obama administration refers to the Islamic State in Iraq and the Levant (ISIL) for some unexplained reason. Levant includes Syria, Lebanon, Jordan, Palestine, and Israel. Whether ISIS or ISIL, al-Qaida or al-Shabaab, Muslim jihadists believe in a world caliphate. Trademarks of Islamic jihad are beheading non-Muslims, among them U.S. citizens.
Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi is a leader of ISIS. From 2005-2009, he was in U.S. custody at Camp Bucca, Iraq. The Obama Administration released al-Baghdadi, who as he departed said, “I’ll see you guys in New York.” Now, the FBI has a $10 million bounty on him — more conflict confusion.
Across the United States, the nation’s sense of security lessens with Obama’s refusal to acknowledge that ISIS represents a direct danger to America. Obama has limited his fight against ISIS to air strikes without a formal declaration of war; yet a war without a name is still war.
Obama’s allies will not bomb Syria, and no member of his alliance has agreed to use ground troops in the no-name “war.” "On 60 Minutes," September 28, Obama said, “This is not America against ISIL” and called American military action assistance to Iraq not “war,” leaving Americans in a state of conflict confusion.
Few Americans have a grasp of foreign affairs, yet most Americans realize that U.S. border security is nonexistent as thousands of undocumented children cross each day. At the same time, murderous terrorists are able to walk across our unsecured borders.
The United States, as well as other Western nations, are under siege. For example:
Sweden. During the past two decades, Sweden, known worldwide as a tolerant country, has accepted large numbers of Muslim émigrés. In 2010, however, Jews were being driven from Malmo by Muslim violence in a religious/ethnic persecution that received scant coverage in Europe or the United States.
On May 19, 2012, “immigrant” riots broke out in Stockholm over the police shooting of a crazed “immigrant.” Muslim immigrants responded by accusing the Swedish people of being “racists.” The city of Malmo, Sweden, may become the first Scandinavian city to have a Muslim majority; the city now leads the country in crime.
Muslims seek to force their culture, religion, and beliefs on the country by pushing Shariah (Islamic law) as “their” law. Swedes are demanding no more Muslim immigrants.
Great Britain. On May 22, 2013, two allegedly British-born men of Nigerian descent in London brutally killed a British soldier with a machete/meat cleaver and knife and wounded two others. One of the killers said they “wanted to start a war in London tonight. Allah Akbar. We swear by Almighty Allah, we will never stop fighting you.” The killers were protesting England’s troops in Afghanistan.
A Manchester Guardian columnist justified the attack, since the U.S. and U.K. were committing violence on Muslims, especially civilians. He also opined that the Fort Hood Muslim shooter in the United States was not a terrorist and agreed with President Obama that the Fort Hood murders were workplace violence. Like their Swedish compatriots, the native English blame lax immigration laws, multiculturalism, and political correctness for increased crime and the loss of national ethos, mores, and culture.
The Islamic terrorism that is increasing in Western countries generally goes unreported. The Obama administration’s labeling of Islamic murders as “workplace violence” or “random acts of violence” is feeding conflict confusion.
