Not every Democrat agrees with the view that the U.S. Supreme Court will uphold the healthcare reform law’s requirement that individuals purchase health insurance. Rep. Anthony Weiner, D-N.Y., is one who doesn’t share that view,
The Hill reports.

The Supreme Court may well rule that the so-called “individual mandate” is unconstitutional, Weiner said during a conference call Wednesday, according to The Hill. "I think there's a pretty good chance that the Supreme Court will strike down the mandate."
The issue will represent a major focus in the 2012 election campaign, he said, adding: “I don't believe that this debate is going away. I don't represent the hide-under-your-desk wing of the Democratic Party. I think we've got to go forward into this."
