WASHINGTON (AP) — Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano says the U.S. will never be immune to terrorist threats.
Napolitano says the country is facing threats, but the key is to do everything possible to minimize them.
She tells CNN's "State of the Union" that the government is considering whether to change the color-coded terror alert system to make sure people get the information they need when there's a new threat.
She says the U.S. is safer than it once was, but there's no full-proof guarantee for safety.
