Rand Paul to Obama: ‘Do You Have an Enemies List?’

By    |   Wednesday, 11 May 2011 01:52 PM EDT

Republican congressmen offered strong criticism of President Barack Obama’s failure to respond to a National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) complaint against Boeing at a U.S. Chamber of Commerce meeting Tuesday. And no one was more outraged than freshman Kentucky Sen. Rand Paul, The Hill reports.

The NLRB accuses Boeing of retaliating against unionized workers in Washington state by building a production plant for its new Dreamliner plane in the right-to-work state of South Carolina.

Paul wonders what’s driving Obama.

“Mr. President, do you have an enemies list?” he said.

“Is this decision based on the fact that South Carolina appears to be a Republican state, has two Republican senators?" Paul continued.

"Is this decision based on the fact that South Carolina is a right-to-work state? Are they on your enemies list?”
