Wednesday, 27 October 2010 11:22 AM EDT

The right is doing its part for Alaska GOP Senate candidate Joe Miller. Former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin is slated to attend a campaign rally for him Thursday, The Hill reports. And other conservative Republican leaders will appear on video.

palin, miller, stumo, alaskaThe appearance by Palin would be the first on behalf of Miller. She endorsed him in June when he was an obscure candidate backed by the tea party movement against incumbent Republican Lisa Murkowski.

The event is called the "Change D.C." rally. A description of it on Miller's campaign web site says both Sarah and Todd Palin, her husband, are expected to make it. Among those appearing on video are former Arkansas Gov. Mike Huckabee, Rep. Michele Bachmann of Minnesota, Sen. Jim DeMint of South Carolina and Sen. James Inhofe of Oklahoma.
