Is it time for President Barack Obama to take a mulligan? Golf Digest ranks him at No. 108 in a list of 150 Washington power brokers who play golf. Obama has a handicap of 17, the publication estimates.

“Although it's too early to discuss a match between 2012 presidential opponents, Obama would have a hard time taking down former Pennsylvania Sen. Rick Santorum, a self-professed 12, on the golf course,”
Golf Digest states.
Heading the list is Tony Russo, T-Mobile vice president of federal legislative affairs, with a handicap of negative 2.3. The top member of Congress is Sen. Mark Udall, D-Colo., at No. 11 with a handicap of 2. Sen. Bob Corker, R-Tenn., is close on his heels at No. 12 with a 2.1 handicap.
Vice President Joe Biden ranks 29th with a 6.3 handicap. And House Speaker John Boehner comes in tied for 43rd with a 7.9 handicap.
