Romney: Don't Forget Obama's One-Term Vow

Less than two weeks after President Barack Obama took office, he said that if he didn’t turn the economy around by the 2012 election, he Mitt Romney, Barack Obama, 2012 Presidential Electiondidn’t deserve a second term. Republican presidential front-runner Mitt Romney is trying to hold him to that, The Hill reports.

"I've got four years," Obama told NBC in February 2009. "A year from now I think people are going to see that we're starting to make some progress, but there's still going to be some pain out there. If I don't have this done in three years, then there's going to be a one-term proposition."

The former Massachusetts governor’s campaign was more than happy to include that clip in a new video, "He's Right," sent to supporters Thursday.
