West Virginia’s Democratic Senate candidate Joe Manchin (pictured) has gone from approving the new healthcare law to saying he would support repeal of it if the law can’t get it fixed. That’s what he told Fox News,
The Hill reports.

Manchin’s change of heart may reflect the fact that he's dropped behind Republican John Raese in the race.
"The president's plan — Obamacare, as it's been called — is far too reaching. It's overreaching. It needs to have a lot of it repealed," Manchin says. "If you can't fix that, repeal the whole thing."
Manchin says he wants bipartisan agreement on a reform package. "I still and have always been in support of health reform. If you can fix it — Democrats and Republicans agree on six or seven items — that's a pretty good darn start."
