By    |   Tuesday, 05 October 2010 05:12 PM EDT

President Barack Obama's legislative goals will be "dead on arrival" in Congress after next month’s elections, says Sen. Lindsey Graham, R-S.C. Graham was one of the few Republicans who found it worthwhile to negotiate with Obama on various issues, including lindsey, graham, obama, agenda, midterm, electionsimmigration and climate change. But he says the president will have to severely alter his agenda soon, The Hill reports.

"I can tell you with certainty that we are going to grow our numbers in the House and the Senate, and the Obama agenda as you know it will be dead on arrival," Graham told a GOP group in South Carolina Monday, according to the Hilton Head Island Packet.

"If the election were held tomorrow, we'd take the House back," he said.
