Rep. Dennis Kucinich, D-Ohio, may have called President Barack Obama’s failure to seek congressional approval for military attacks on Libya an “impeachable offense.” But that doesn’t mean he actually wants Obama to be impeached,

"I asked the question as to whether that was an impeachable offense; that’s different than actually calling for an impeachment or inducing a resolution, which I am not intending to do," Kucinich told the Fox Business Network on Thursday.
"I am speaking to the limits of executive power,” Kucinich explained.
Kucinich said that, in 2007, then-Sen. Obama and then-Sen. Joe Biden had raised the issue of impeaching President George W. Bush over our wars in Iraq and Afghanistan.
"So I am in the same company with the now-vice president and president with respect to the fact that the Constitution should be adhered to,” Kucinich added.
