The latest issue of Time magazine contains an interview with billionaire Donald Trump – and
Newsmax's ongoing presidential poll is cited prominently in the first paragraph.
Trump, the magazine reports on its website, “holds up fresh evidence of his greatness. ‘This thing just came out,’ Trump says, waving a 2012

Republican primary poll from the website Newsmax.com. ‘This is Trump.’”
But Time isn't the only high-profile media outlet that has reported on the Newsmax poll, which demonstrates Trump's credibility as a presidential candidate for 2012.
Outlets such as U.S. News & World Report, FoxNews.com, the “Fox & Friends” TV show, Fox News' Sean Hannity and Slate.com all have mentioned the poll in recent days.
The Internet poll sponsored by Newsmax.com reveals that when Trump faces off against the best and the brightest GOP contenders for 2012, he takes 57 percent of the vote in a field including Mike Huckabee, Sarah Palin, and Mitt Romney. His closest competitor is Romney, with 9 percent of the vote.
Online participants in the Newsmax poll also support Trump by a wide margin in a head-to-head match-up with President Barack Obama.
On Thursday night, Trump told Hannity that polls show he is either tied or can beat Obama in 2012 — and the Newsmax poll was “the best of all.”
