Natural Treatment for Joint Pain

William Maxfield, M.D. By Wednesday, 29 November 2017 04:22 PM EST Current | Bio | Archive

If you have joint pain, you should be taking 400 mg of vitamin B6 each day, along with 1,200 IU of vitamin E, and 5,000 to 10,000 IU of vitamin D. But if your bone density scan shows that you have osteoporosis, you should raise that to 20,000 IU of vitamin D.

If you have cartilage problems, I suggest one half to one packet per day of Knox Gelatin — same thing if you have brittle finger nails.

Also, there is an ointment that I have found is very effective — Zim’s Max Freeze — which is available at CVS Pharmacy and you can put this on up to four times a day and the combinations of the vitamins and the ointment is very effective.
