NBA's Manu Ginobili Undergoes Testicular Surgery for Injury

San Antonio Spurs guard Manu Ginobili will be out for at least a month after an awkward on-court collision that left him with a testicular injury.

After New Orleans Pelicans forward Ryan Anderson violently crashed into "El Contusion's" groin, Ginobili underwent surgery to repair a testicular injury, the San Antonio Express-News reports.

"It wasn't my best day, but the surgery went well," the 38-year-old guard said via Twitter.

"Almost ready to go back home and start the recovery process. Thanks!"
