Kim Kardashian says she is putting her baby’s health first during her second pregnancy, insisting she won’t have Botox or have her hair dyed while she is expecting.

“No I don’t do fillers or Botox when pregnant like some tabloids are reporting, you would have to be really sick to endanger your child like that!” Kim tweeted, Yahoo.com reports.

She she is not planning on going back to blonde hair. “Not this year. I’m pregnant so can’t. I loved it though so maybe in a year or two. It was so hard on my hair though,” she tweeted.
