Actress Frieda Pinto suffered a head injury while rehearsing for Desert Dancer, the story of a secret dance company in Iran.

The 30-year-old actress, who starred in the Oscar winning movie Slumdog Millionaire, said the training was intense. Pinto told the New York Post's Page Six that she and a co-star banged their heads together during a rehearsal.

"He and I bumped heads," Pinto said. "My skin cracked open and I thought I had a concussion. My vision went blurry ... I still have the scar," she says.

Desert Dancer opens in select theaters this Friday.
