Celebrity dermatologist Fredric Brandt, M.D., whose patients included Madonna and supermodel Stephanie Seymour, was found dead at his Miami mansion over the weekend, the Daily News reports.

He was 65.

Dr. Brandt’s publicist, Jacquie Tractenberg, said his death came after an illness, which the Miami Herald suggested was depression.

Dr. Brandt had offices in Miami and Manhattan and was known for his so-called “Y lifts” in which fillers such as Botox are injected below the cheekbone, the Daily News reported.

“If I have nice skin, I owe a lot to him,” Madonna once said.
