Bobbi Kristina Brown, the only child of singer Whitney Houston and Bobby Brown, will not be taken off life support this week, according to Christopher Brown, Bobby Brown's attorney.
The attorney called reports that Bobbi Kristina would be removed from life support as "false," according to PEOPLE.
Bobbi Kristina was found unconscious in a bathtub on January 31 at her Roswell, Georgia home, and has been hospitalized on life support since. Many media outlets had speculated that she would be removed from life support on February 11, the three-year anniversary of her mother's death, but the anniversary passed.
According to a family member, her condition is grim. "There hasn't been a change in the past week," the family member stated on Sunday.
"He [Bobby] wants to make a decision based on facts, not on what the public feels that he needs to do," a relative told PEOPLE last week.
The Roswell Police Department is still investigating the incident. "Criminal investigations may or may not result in criminal charges being brought against individuals," the police department said in a press release.
