Conflicting reports about Bobbi Kristina Brown continue to surface, the latest coming from one of her aunts who claims that, contrary to previous reports, the 22-year-old woman’s condition is improving.
“Bobbi Kristina Brown is ‘not’ on life support anymore…and is continuing to improve. And we will never give up on her!” said Leolah Brown in a lengthy posting on her Facebook page, where she goes by the name “Leolah PrayerWorks.”
Leolah Brown’s rebuttal comes amid unconfirmed media reports this week that Brown’s family had given up hope and was planning to remove the young woman from the long-term rehabilitation facility where she is currently under care and bring her home so she can die peacefully.
In addition, Leolah Brown also repeated claims that other family members, particularly her other aunt, Pat Houston, are campaigning to paint Bobbi Kristina’s condition as hopeless in an attempt to inherit her fortune, which is reportedly estimated at $20 million.
But sources close to Bobby Brown, Bobbi Kristina’s father and Leolah Brown’s brother, maintain that he would never take his daughter off life support, according to the Daily Mail.
Brown is Bobbi Kristina’s co-guardian along with her aunt, Pat Houston. Both guardians will need to agree in order to bring Bobbi Kristina home.
Bobbi Kristina has been unresponsive ever since Jan. 31, when she was found facedown in a bathtub of water in her home.
