Ever wondered what it’s like to have sex with a man with a penile implant?

Writer Anka Radakovich details her experiences with a man who received one after suffering impotence due to diabetes, the New York Post reports.

She told Men’s Health: “He was so cute and funny, I didn’t really care.”

The implants, which come as inflatable or non-inflatable, are inserted into the penis of men who suffer from erectile dysfunction.

The first uses inflatable plastic cylinders inserted into the “erection chambers” of the penis that can be pumped up with water and the second uses plastic rods that are manually bent into position when needed.
