Double vision with intermittent facial numbness must not be ignored. Bell’s Palsy? A tumor? Stroke? Aneurism? Encephalitis? Drug toxicity? Nutritional deficency? Multiple Sclerosis? Your symptoms could be caused by many things. You should seek immediate professional guidance.
The first thing to determine is whether this is resulted from a simple nerve palsy or whether this is caused by some more serious disorder such as stroke, tumor, infection, or drug toxicity. We see many patients with facial palsies, some caused by nerve inflammation or infection, while others developed multiple symptoms from other causes.
I recommend you have an immediate evaluation by a physician, as you may have a serious health condition.
