NATO's Rutte Hails Trump on Defense Spending

President Donald Trump deserves "all the praise" for getting NATO members to agree on targeting to ramp up their defense spending to 5% of their GDP, Secretary General Mark Rutte said on Wednesday.

NATO leaders gathered in the Netherlands on Tuesday for a summit.
