After failing to pass a routine alcohol screening test as part of her probation, Lindsay Lohan will appear in front of an L.A. County Superior Court today, reports TMZ.

It is suspected that the L.A. County Probation Department will ask Judge Stephanie Sautner to remove Lohan from her current house arrest and place her in county jail.

This hearing continues Lohan’s string of legal infractions, ranging from DUI arrests to theft.
