Others have similarly positive reviews of Browning's firearms. There is even a fan
website, BrowningOwners.com, that hosts a discussion thread entitled Awesome Guns. The administrator of the room, who goes by the name of Billythekid, describes how he feels by saying, "you couldn't have gotten any better than those," regarding the Browning Machine Gun, the Browning Automatic Rifle (BAR) and the Auto-5 shotgun.
Former American Idol contestant, Kristy Lee Cook, has a love for Browning that ended up scoring her a hunting show on the now-defunct Versus Network.
Fox News reported that after wearing a Browning hat to her American Idol tryouts, the firearms company decided to sponsor her for a hunting show.

Her gun of choice is the Browning 270 Winchester. Cook describes it as, "It's my trusty rifle and I use it for as much hunting and animals as I can take down," Cook told Fox. "It's one shot, one kill."
