Sarah Palin and Donald Trump dined together at a New York City Pizza chain, reports the Washington Post. The former Vice Presidential Candidate and former presidential contender met at Trump's apartment and rode to the pizza place in his limo. Trump was joined by his wife and Palin by her younger daughter.
