Monday, 28 September 2009 04:24 PM EDT

Steven Emerson, speaking on CNBC on Sept. 25 and Fox News Sept. 29, says the Sept. 24 terror arrests throughout the United States were "unprecedented."

"There are definitely other bomb makers in the United States today that may have been directed, trained, or influenced by al-Qaida, or inspired by al-Qaida," he told CNBC. "There is no doubt about it. And there are other plots . . . that have not been announced that are still in the process of being investigated."
