LIGNET: Turkey Stopping Second Syria-Bound Plane Could be Last Straw

For the second time in a week, Turkey stopped and searched a Syria-bound plane for weapons, a hostile act that has increased the likelihood of war between the two countries. NATO will stay out of any conflict for as long as possible, but may eventually be drawn in as evidence mounts that Russian-made cluster bombs are being used by the Syrian regime on its own citizens.
