The late actor Kirk Douglas left the majority of his reported $80 million fortune to charity — and did not include his son Michael as a beneficiary.
According to several media reports, Douglas — who died Feb. 5 at age 103 — gave the Douglas Foundation most of his money upon his death. Page Six reported that among the groups the organization supports are the Children's Hospital of Los Angeles, The Kirk and Anne Douglas Childhood Center, and a scholarship for underprivileged students at St. Lawrence University.
During his life, Douglas' foundation gave away millions of dollars.
Douglas appeared in more than 80 films, including "Spartacus" — in which he played the lead.
Page Six noted it's unclear where the remainder of Douglas' $10 million fortune is going, but his wife Anne is still alive, as are his other children Joel and Peter.
According to The Mirror, Michael Douglas, 75, is worth around $300 million.
