President Donald Trump's personal attorney Rudy Giuliani on Thursday claimed that "about 650,000 ballots" in Philadelphia and Pittsburgh were unlawfully cast.

In an interview with Fox Business' Lou Dobbs on Thursday, Giuliani claimed: "We now are up to a count of about 650,000 ballots that are unlawful ballots that were cast in Philadelphia and Pittsburgh." He added that there is "no doubt about the fact they're unlawful."

Giuliani did not provide proof of his accusation, though he did claim that he has evidence.

"What's being said in the mass media — that we have no evidence — is a complete, absolute lie, just like they've been lying for years," he said, prompting Dobbs to laugh slightly.

Multiple officials in Pennsylvania, including Gov. Tom Wolf, Philadelphia Mayor Jim Kenney, and Philadelphia Commissioner Al Schmidt, have said that there is no evidence of widespread election fraud in the state.
