In an election viewed by some as a referendum on the Trump presidency, the Republican candidate for Georgia's 6th Congressional District is closing in on her Democratic rival, a new poll showed Sunday.
The WSB-Landmark Communications survey showed Democrat Jon Ossoff with 49.7 percent, while GOP Karen Handel has 48 percent; 2.3 percent said they're still undecided ahead of Tuesday's special election.
The poll's margin of error is plus or minus 3.5 percent.
"Either candidate could win," pollster Mark Rountree told the Atlanta Journal Constitition.
