Sebastian Gorka to Newsmax TV: 'Watch the Hell Ensue'

Those deriding Republicans for the upcoming nomination and Senate advising and consent on the next Supreme Court Justice are dabbling in hypocrisy, according to conservative commentator Sebastian Gorka on Newsmax TV.

"Ruth Bader Ginsburg herself, five years ago at a conference stated that a president serves for four years, Grant, not three years, and he doesn't magically lose his powers to nominate Supreme Court justices in the fourth year of his term," Gorka told host Grant Stinchfield on Monday's "Stinchfield," referencing the words of the late justice who reportedly made her dying wish to not have her seat filled until after the next president takes office.
