The House is expected to get another chance at passing bipartisan legislation aimed at criminalizing the publication of revenge porn, including AI-generated deepfakes.
Known as the Take It Down Act, the legislation failed to pass in the House last year following a contentious but ultimately bipartisan vote in the Senate last December.
