Tom DeLay: Good Riddance, Justice Kennedy!

Former Republican House Majority Leader Tom DeLay tore into Anthony Kennedy on Thursday, accusing the retiring Supreme Court justice of having "undermined" the nation's morality while serving the high court.

"I'm not a big fan of Anthony Kennedy," DeLay, a Texas Republican, told Newsmax TV's "America Talks Live" on Thursday. "I think he has done more harm to this country more than anybody I know of other than [Justice Harry] Blackmun who wrote Roe v. Wade back in 1973.
