The eagerness of 2020 Democratic presidential contenders to declare President Trump a co-conspirator in Russian hacking may haunt them over the next 19 months, as they zig-zag across the nation stumping for votes.

Sen. Elizabeth Warren, D-Mass., even suggested Trump might be thrown in jail, while New Jersey Sen. Cory Booker said he committed "dereliction of duty."
