Which Type of Sea Salt Should I Buy?

Question: You recommend Celtic Sea Salt. Does it matter if I buy Light Grey Celtic Sea Salt or the more expensive finely ground?

Dr. Brownstein's Answer:

I do not feel you need to spend the extra money on the finely ground salt. In fact, the best complement of minerals is in the Light Grey Celtic Sea Salt.

At my house, we put the salt in a grinder and use the grinder to put it on our food. You also can take the salt as a pinch in a glass of water. You should take approximately one quarter of a teaspoon of salt per quart of water.
