Congressional investigators are looking to question Rhona Graff, President Donald Trump's personal secretary, about the meeting between his campaign officials and a Russian lawyer, ABC News reports.

Graff is a senior vice president at the Trump Organization. Politico described her as a "gatekeeper" for Trump's longtime friends and associates who want to reach him.

Her name popped up when Donald Trump Jr. released an email with British publicist Rob Goldstone about the June 2016 meeting with Russian attorney Natalia Veselnitskaya at Trump Tower, according to ABC News.

"I can also send this info to your father via Rhona," Goldstone wrote Trump Jr. in the email, "but it is ultra sensitive, so wanted to send to you first."

It is not known whether Goldstone made any direct contact with Graff, ABC noted.

"Since her name is in the email, people will want her to answer questions," said Rep. Peter King, R-N.Y., a member of the House Intelligence Committee. "If you go into Trump Tower, you're going to mention her name."

And Rep. Eric Swalwell, D-Calif., another member of the committee added: "I think we should hear from every individual who is mentioned in the Don Jr. email chain to understand what was happening."

An attorney representing the Trump Organization, told ABC News that Graff has not been contacted by any congressional investigators.
